Hi, I'm Ploy - the baker behind BakeDrop.
I have been baking from home for years, usually with a recipe open, a few notes in the margin, and someone nearby ready to taste-test. BakeDrop grew from that same love of sharing something thoughtful, handmade, and a little special.
I am also an avid foodie, traveler, and Yelp reviewer, so I pay close attention to flavor, texture, and presentation. Every request gets careful planning and the kind of detail I would want on my own table.
